Time zone
Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time. We do
not observe daylight savings time, so clocks are never moved ahead
an hour or back an hour as in most states. From the 1st Sunday
in April to the last Sunday in October, the time here is the same
as Pacific Daylight Time.
Climate
Sedona's climate is mostly mild
and pleasant. The sun shines an average of 300 days a year. Summers
can get very hot, up to 107°, while we experience some snow in
the winter. Snowfall is light and is usually melted by noon.
